New for 2020

After a great response to the event in 2019, we have been working hard over the summer months to come up with new activities to offer attendees of Henham Park in 2020 as well as finding ways we can build on the same great atmosphere, based on the excellent feedback we received. Keep an eye on this page for announcements of 2020 features as they are confirmed in the lead up to May 3rd 2020.

Breakfast Run
This year we are giving early-bird runners the chance to complete their run early before enjoying a delicious buffet breakfast in stunning natural surroundings while the rest of the festival is just getting going. Henham Park is arguably at its most beautiful early in the morning before the mist has cleared from the lake so this is one not to be missed for runners who like to get their exercise completed early in a beautiful setting followed by a hearty breakfast. Runners will have the option to run 5k or 10k as part of their entry to this event. All runners will get a bespoke medal but please note this event is not chip-timed.

Toilets, and lots of them

One of the most common pieces of feedback we received last year was to do with the lack of toilets on site. This year we will ensure there are plenty of toilets available for runners and spectators so queues are kept to a minimum.

Smooth Registration
We have been looking at new registration systems to ensure runners can collect their race packs and get stretching for their event as smoothly as possible and making this part of our 2020 event will be a priority.

new course features

While the 2019 running course was a stunning loop, this year we've come up with a new, improved route which encompasses much of last year's course with new features so runners will experience new parts of Henham Park as they run this year.

activities and entertainment
As well as the return of our great food trucks, coffee shops, mobile bar, musicians, face painters and recycling charities providing activities for kids, we'll also be including a lot more for adults and children to do throughout the day. These features will be confirmed in the build up to the event so keep an eye out on our social media and on this page for more.

Wildlife and Nature

One of Henham Park's biggest appeals is the chance to run surrounded by trees, animals and water.
