On THE DAY
Where to go
The event will take place at the Henham Park estate, on the same site as the Latitude Festival. Access to the car park will be from the A12 entrance marked here on the map. Car parking will be free for all race entrants. Simply follow the signs from the estate entrance.
What to BRING
At the event there will be a bag check service so you can leave your bag with the staff or in your car, which is near to the start line, if you'd prefer. Water is provided and there will be the option to purchase food and drinks throughout the day. Feel free to bring any drinks or snacks you would like. Toilet facilities will be provided on site but there will be no showers on the day. Spectators are welcome to attend the entire event and there will be live music, food, a bar and yoga sessions to take part in before and after the race.
What to Expect
After you've parked you'll complete the short walk to the festival base where the registration tent will be. Please bring your tickets up to the counter and you will receive your number and chip timing instrument. Please arrive at least an hour in advance of your race start time in order to get registered and become acquainted with the various features.
The 5k run will begin around 12.00pm, followed by the 10k run at around 12.15pm and then the 1k Fun Run will take place after these two races have finished, These times are subject to slight scheduling changes depending on numbers. Registration opens from 09.30am.
The course winds through the entire estate, taking in a number of breathtaking features and idyllic pathways until the loop completes just before. 10k runners will have a chance to pass the spectators on the bridge twice. Click on the link below to read more about the courses.

The 1k Fun Run will loop around the iconic lake and finish up just next to the bridge.
