Sarah Rous is a qualified and highly-experienced yoga instructor. Sarah gives vinyasa classes each week from the Henham Estate Barns and also offers yoga and fitness mornings set in the calming natural beauty of Henham Estate.

Hundreds of runners took part in the yoga warm-up before the start of the 10k and 5k races. Sarah calmed nerves as she took runners through dynamic stretching while optimising their breathing.

We gave runners and spectators the chance to try yoga for all abilities with a slot on one of Sarah's afternoon classes. Half of the proceeds from the yoga classes that took place at the Henham Park Festival of Running will go to Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind, the mental health charity supported by the event.
