Book a place onto an afternoon yoga session led by yoga instructor Sarah Rous and suitable for all abilities. Half of the proceeds from the yoga classes taking place at Henham Park Festival of Running will go to Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind, the mental health charity supported by the event. 

Sarah Rous is a professional yoga instructor and teaches regular classes for large groups of yoga students of all ages at the beautiful yoga studio at Henham Barns. Now Henham Park Festival of Running is giving runners and spectators the chance to try yoga for all abilities with a slot on one of Sarah's afternoon classes.

The classes will go through basic yoga positions designed to improve strength, flexibility and balance and will take place at 1.15pm and 2.30pm. The first class takes place an hour after the 10k has begun, so it is recommended only 5k runners and spectators book onto this class. Whereas the second class takes place after all of the trail runs have finished and so 10k runners will be able to attend this class. There are limited places on each class, which last 40 minutes, and take place at the Yoga Studio up at Henham Barns, next to the car park. Sarah has kindly offered to donate half of all proceeds to our festival charity, Norfolk and Norwich Mind.
